Return/Exchange Conditions


- You have the right to exchange or return products within 14 days, provided that the products are unused, unworn, undamaged, and not customized or personalized.


- To exchange or return a product, you must send it back to us along with the exchange/return form included in the package.


- Please consult our customer service representatives for details on exchange and return shipping procedures.


- If the product is sent defective by Derilist.com, there will be no shipping charge.


- There are no exchanges or returns for products in the Outlet category.


- There are no returns for products with a 50% End-of-Season discount.


Shipping Process


- Information about the dispatch and status of your order will be sent to the phone number you provided in your order.


- If you are not present at the delivery address, the courier will hold the package for 3 business days. If you do not collect your package within this period, it will be returned to our company. For detailed information about your shipment, please contact our customer service representatives.


- If you request your package to be resent, the shipping cost will be charged to you.


- No changes to the recipient or address can be made after your order has been dispatched.


Cancellation - Information and Procedure for Return/Exchange


- If you placed your order through derilist.com by logging in, you can create a cancellation/return request by clicking on 'My Account - My Orders' and filling out the 'Return Request' option. Our customer service representatives will contact you following your request. If you placed your order by another method, you can directly contact our customer service representatives.


- If your order has not been dispatched, it can be canceled. Otherwise, the return process will begin, and any shipping costs will be charged to you.


- When the package you have sent for exchange/return reaches our company, we will contact you through the phone number in your order. The acceptance or rejection of the product(s) for exchange/return and other notifications will be shared with you before the process begins.


- During the exchange process, a stock block for the product you wish to exchange cannot be made when you send your product. Once your shipment reaches our company and the process begins, the exchange will be initiated based on stock availability. If the product you wish to exchange is in stock, your request will be approved. Otherwise, you will be asked to choose a different product, receive a gift voucher for the product amount, or opt for a refund.


Refunds


- Following the approval of your exchange/return, any payments to be made by our company will be processed within 14 business days.


- Your refund will be made according to the payment method of your order; if paid by credit card, it will be refunded to the same card, and if by bank transfer/EFT, it will be refunded through the same method.


* The time it takes for the refund amount to reflect on your card may vary due to bank procedures for credit card refunds.
